Sunny Homes offers plot acquisition, planning, construction and marketing for residential projects in south and southeast Mallorca. Its owner brings 40 years of experience in development, building projects, construction and marketing, primarily in Germany and also in Mallorca.
Development experience from earlier roles
The owner’s personal background includes apartment-building developments in Wiesbaden and villa projects on the Côte d’Azur. His earlier professional responsibilities included plot acquisition, commercial project support, sales coordination and customer care. These responsibilities varied by assignment; the historical projects are part of his personal experience.
